Aside from everything else going on I have had some time to draw. These were for a company meeting revolving around Peoplework (paperwork) so I drew 2 mgmt types and some staff (not shown) will post more later on!

Disney announces ten animated films through 2012

Interesting, there is some very interesting subjects being tackled through 2012, one that really grabbed my eye was "Up" since it has Pete Doctor attached to it, and I am a big fan of both his student work and Monsters Inc.
Interested to see how the 2D is brought back into the line with all the 3D out there.

3D Structures

Two projects I am working on for my portfolio. One is just a simple castle/fortress that I have started to expand upon and mapping some materials on to it. The other is the boathouse from LOST, where Locke stashes whats his face...cant recall name.

HIghlights-Shadows & Painterly

Trying a few things with this image, one with flat shadows and highlights and another taking a more painterly approach with the image.

Inks and Three Process...movin' on to colors!

The title kind of says it all so without further comment, the inks and all three together!

Sketch 2 - Tighter!

Tightened up the sketch from yesterday and added the effect to the background, the whole thing will be the character emerging from fire so there will be a lot of effects added later once the character is solid!

Starting from scratch, this one will be updated from sketch to final...no time frames of how long though so you will just have to wait!

Environments - Day One!

So I am playing around with what I can do within a 3D Space and environments, the first is a simple wall and then a wall with some damage, just testing to see how the map works on the wall on each edge and face. Enjoy!

Updating the Portfolio

So I think I got the page idea design squared away, now it is just the long process of updating and including all the images I have to add since I havent dont this in a while. Fingers crossed for having this done by Friday....below is a sample of two of the pages. I am also hoping on getting this made up as a sketchbook for purchase as well.

Charity Toy Drive

Hi, this was done for a friend as he is collecting toys to donate to charities for children in the memory of his uncle, I left all the informaiton on in case anyone felt like helping him out.
